Often our clients are happy with a walk through video so they do not need to be personally present at the viewing if they choose. Alternatively, this is the only time our clients need to be present during the property search and while we continue to look for a property as long as is necessary, many of our clients find their ideal property in just a single day. 

Once you have selected a property, we conduct all the negotiations for you, ensuring that we secure the property for the best price possible, avoiding expensive mistakes. When your offer has been accepted, we liaise on your behalf with the estate agents, solicitors, surveyors, mortgage lenders and other parties involved in completing the purchase of your house or apartment, ensuring the whole process runs smoothly, professionally and efficiently. We are also able to assist you with any post completion requirements including property refurbishment and finding tenants.
